Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your printed books and related products will be delivered. By placing an order on our store, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Production Time

All printed products are made-to-order. Production timelines may vary depending on book type and order volume:

  • Custom Travel Books: 5–7 business days

  • Hardbound Books: 7–12 business days

  • Digital photo products or PDF proofs: Delivered electronically within 1–2 business days

  • Revisions: Additional time may apply depending on your request queue

Production time does not include weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Options

Shipping time begins after production is completed.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • Local Delivery (within UAE): 1–3 business days

  • GCC Countries: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on courier and destination)

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or high-volume seasons.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, courier rates, package weight, and selected service.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly announced on the website.


4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure that all shipping details are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses

  • Re-delivery fees due to customer error

  • Lost or unclaimed packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, re-shipping charges will apply.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product or shipping price.

We cannot control or predict customs processing times.


6. Packaging & Handling

All printed books are packaged securely to protect them during transit:

  • Bubble wrap or protective sleeves

  • Sturdy cardboard packaging

  • Reinforced edges for hardcover or coffee-table formats

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production partners.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If you believe your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at halfandhalfratio.com@gmail.com with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate.

Please allow the following before reporting a lost package:

  • Local UAE: 5 business days after expected delivery

  • International: 10 business days after expected delivery

Lost packages may be eligible for replacement depending on courier confirmation.


8. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage and packaging

  2. Email them to halfandhalfratio.com@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  3. We will arrange a reprint or replacement at no additional cost

Damage caused after delivery (e.g., handling, storage, water exposure) is not covered.


9. Order Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed once your order is shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
