Digital Products

All digital photo purchases are non-refundable, as files are delivered instantly upon checkout. If you experience issues with your download, please contact us for assistance.

Printed Products (Books, Canvases, Cards)

Refunds or replacements are provided only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • There is a printing error not present in the approved file

  • The item was lost or severely damaged during shipping

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Colour variations (due to screen differences or print materials) are normal and not eligible for refund.

Made-to-order items (prints, canvases, books) cannot be returned for change of mind.
